Reservations

Please note that a credit card is required to secure any resrevation. Your credit card will not be charged unless our cancellation policy is not honored.

Cancellation Policy

Please not we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the total. Missed appointments will be charged in full to the card number with which they were held.

Punctuality

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled spa appointment. This will allow for a stress-free check-in and time to adjust to our spa environment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your full service if our schedule allows, otherwise, your treatment may be cut short so to not inconvenience other guests scheduled directly after you. Full rates still apply in this instance.
